Post-Workout Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This smoothie serves fun fall vibes yet is refreshing and nourishing enough for post-workout. I had this after an Orange Theory workout, and it was a real pick-me-up. It has added benefits of protein and skin-enhancing collagen.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 banana

  • 3-5 frozen peaches

  • 3-4 ice cubes

  • Unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 scoops (1 serving) Orgain Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/4 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 scoop collagen powder

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender. I always recommend using a high-powered blender, such as Blendtec. I’ve had my Blendtec blender for 10 years- it was one of the best kitchen investments I’ve ever made!

  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Tips

I like my smoothies on the cold side, so I add ice.

If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk or water.
