6-ingredient chocolate peanut butter protein energy balls.
These energy balls taste like Reese’s but are packed with nutritional, plant-based protein. I like to snack on a couple of these when the afternoon sweets craving hits, and they keep me going until dinner.
Ingredients
Unsweetened Almond Milk, Vanilla
Quick Oats
1 Tbsp (heaping) Peanut Butter
Drizzle Honey
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and stir. I used a stainless steel mixing bowl and a spatula.
Roll pieces of the dough into balls with your hands. The dough should be a consistency similar to play-doh.
Eat immediately or refrigerate/freeze.
Tips
If the mixture is too dry, add more almond milk or water. If it is too wet, add some more protein powder or oats.
